The Family & Friends® CPR course introduces students to the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, AED use, and mild and severe airway block for adults. Similar topics for children and infants are optional add-on modules. Skills are taught in a small group environment allowing for plenty of hands-on CPR practice time.

If you want or need to have a CPR Certification card, consider our Community CPR Course. This CPR class is instructor led training in the lifesaving skills of CPR and how to use an AED. Also intended for community engagement, for students with no medical training, and includes a course completion eCard from the American Health & Safety Institute (ASHI). The course runs 1.5 hours in length. Add-on options for this course include: “Child (age 1-8) and Infant CPR” and “Emergency First Aid”. It is important to note, the addition of the emergency first aid module lengthens the course by 3-hours. The addition of the child and infant CPR module only lengthens the course by 30 minutes.
