Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation of your skills session appointment with more than 24-hours notice, or your classroom course with more than 7-days notice, either made through the scheduling system or by email received to registrations@csrerva.com, will be refunded, less the cost of the HeartCode if purchased. Any cancellation or no-show after this point will result in a forfeit of your registration fee.
Arriving late to a scheduled class or skills session appointment will be considered as no-show. At the discretion of the instructor, and only if time permits, your appointment may begin when you arrive. Admission to a class after instruction has begun will be determined on a case by case basis.
You may reschedule your registration to another date or available time, either through the scheduling system or by email to registrations@csrerva.com, up to 24-hours before the skills session appointment or 7-days before the classroom course. After 6-weeks from the original registration date, cancellation of a rescheduled appointment will not be refunded.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it…
During the registration process, course or appointment documentation, or on a contact form, we may ask for your name, email address and phone number.
This data is solely for the purposes of providing certification information to the sponsoring organization or for keeping in contact with you directly. We do not share or sell your contact information to third-party organizations. Your contact information may be provided to appropriate organizations in direct relationship to your completed education course. At any time, you may request to unsubscribe from our communications.
Photos and videos may be taken during a course or appointment. If you prefer not to be in the photo or video, please inform the instructor or other CSRE staff member immediately. Closed circuit video is taken of the classroom for security and monitoring purposes only.
