Your CPR Class was months ago, or has it been a whole year?
You think you remember the timing and the basics of hands-only CPR from the class, even so, you aren’t sure.
Did the instructor say the Bee Gees’ “Stayin Alive” or the Spice Girl’s “Wannabe” was the right rhythm for CPR compressions?
In an emergency, instinct can be a real asset. Regular practice builds muscle memory, which is what you rely on to act instinctively. Practicing the right skills is important to your success in providing the life saving measures of adult and infant CPR. However, if you are not an active first responder or critical care provider, then hands-on practice time may be difficult to come by outside of a class.
Join us at CSRE – Community Safety & Response Educators – for “Open Manikin Night” hands-only CPR practice time. Conveniently located on Parham Road, between I-64 and Broad Street.

Open Manikin Night Details
Hands-only CPR practice time is free – let us know if you are interested in attending.
Although a certified CPR Instructor will be onsite, no formal instruction is offered at this time. Adult CPR and infant CPR manikins will be available for practice time. If you need a refresher on CPR training, we recommend you register for a Community CPR Class – see our schedule and availability.
We also offer First Aid and CPR Classes, BLS, ACLS, and PALS provider certification training in the Richmond and Charlottesville areas.
